Creating Your New LLC

We work with clients who are starting a new business, to assist them in setting up a Limited Liability Company (LLC).

You may be starting a new consulting business, or someone who has decided to invest in rental real estate. In either case, it's important to protect your personal assets by operating your business, or maintaining your rental properties, in an LLC.

If you operate a business as a sole proprietor, or rent real estate that you own in your personal name, you are taking a serious risk - you would have unlimited personal liability for business debts, claims and lawsuits related to your business or your rental property.

Attorney Diane Baker has been practicing business law in Atlanta for over 30 years, and we can assist you with setting up your LLC.
