Jane is an experienced attorney from our neighboring State of Alabama, who has moved to Georgia and transitioned her career into Wills, Trusts and Probate. Relying on her many years of legal experience, Jane enjoys working with our clients on Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives for Healthcare.
She also assists our clients who have lost a loved one, and need assistance with Probate of a Will, or settlement of an estate when the deceased did not leave a Will.
Jane received her undergraduate degree from Troy University in Troy, Alabama, and her law degree from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama. While she is an attorney in good standing in the State of Alabama, she is not currently admitted to the Bar in Georgia. So, she is assisting our clients in a Paralegal capacity.
Jane loves an intellectual challenge, and is actively considering taking the bar exam in Georgia, so that she can further assist our clients.
