The Will & Trust Package also includes the 1-Hour consultation appointment, and everything in the Will Package, plus advice and consultation concerning estate tax and any special situations that may involve the use of Trusts (for example, a Trust to provide for management of funds for your minor children, in case both parents were to die, or a Trust to help you avoid estate tax). This package also includes drafting of one or more Trusts, as needed in your situation, in addition to your Last Will and Testament, Durable Financial Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directive. Then you would return for a second visit (usually about 1-Hour) that includes the formal signing of your Will, Trust(s) and other documents in our office.

What About Legal Services to Settle an Estate (Probate Cases)?

When we assist clients in settling the estate of a deceased person, we generally bill on an hourly basis. Legal fees for probate matters can vary considerably, depending on the terms of the Will, the complexity of the estate, the variety of services we are asked to provide, and other factors. A very general estimate for total legal fees in typical probate matters with no disputes or unusual complexities would be in the range of $3,000 to $5,000. In addition, you will be responsible for court costs which are generally from $175 to $300.

What About Other Types of Legal Services?

Because each legal matter is different, we would need some details on your problem in order to give you a fee estimate. Please call our office for more information, and we'll be happy to give you a no-obligation quote.

Do You Accept Credit Cards?

Yes. We are happy to accept VISA and MasterCard.

* Please Note: Fee estimates are general guidelines only, and are not guaranteed. Your legal fees may vary.
